Yeah, I don't want to sound like I'm happy to see him go. He's my best friend, and he's about the only person who really knows me. But he's also this great hero, and he's been so unhappy for months. He doesn't believe in himself. And he came from a really dark place in the first place. He's engaged to another friend of mine, and he hasn't seen him for months, so ... it's better for him.

It's a tough feeling. You're happy that someone's back home, in a better place, with people they care about. But at the same time, there's that small little selfish voice that wanted to hold on to them for longer.
