Are you saying you are not living with him?

[brushoff]

No, I am living with him. I'm just surprised that it's apparently the norm. Do you know any other Submissives that didn't live with their Dominant?

[ Rafa thinks about it, but frowns and shakes his head. ]

Most do. Not every Dominant could afford a second place for a submissive, and most submissives wish to leave the Down. Dominic never lived with us...but he did not truly belong to Ignacio. More often they live together. This is surprising?

[brushoff]

Rafa, would I be asking you these questions if it wasn't surprising?

[ He lifts a brow. ]

I thought you might be aiming to deflect more questions about Elias, in fact.

[brushoff]

I'm not deflecting questions because he hasn't done anything wrong. As far as I'm concerned, what happened back in someone's homeworld doesn't matter here. The only thing that people could even judge him for is that first contract. And considering that my first contract was made under slightly dubious pretenses, I know how hard it is to break a contract even if you wanted to.

He's never even personally had a problem with the man. His worries are all Jon's, and Jon won't let him do anything about it.

Rafa leans back, rubbing his temple. ]

[brushoff]

I care about you too, [ Dorian admits, as he looks over at Rafa. ] And when I say you don't have to worry, please trust me. Elias won't harm me.

[ Rafa reaches for his hand. ]

I do trust you. I hope you're right.

[ He leans in to kiss Dorian's cheek. ]

I won't interfere. [ Then a pause. ] Has he bitten you?
