Godric doesn't show any indication that he particularly cares at all. He lived in the woods for most of his considerably long life; Dorian's allowed to do what he wants.
He stands up while Dorian changes so he can find a book.
Dorian's library is a hodge-podge of books. Older first editions, a few trashy modern paperbacks, the sort of eccentric collection that a magpie immortal might make. There's even a first edition of The Picture of Dorian Gray, with an inscription in the front from Oscar Wilde to Dorian himself.
After Dorian changes, he pokes his head back in to give Godric a once-over, mostly focusing on the book he's reading.
Not bold enough to risk stroking Dorian's ego with the man's own goddamn book, Godric chooses one of the modern paperbacks, as he's read most of the others, and returns to the bed with the blankets over him to wait on Dorian.
He props himself up with blankets and leans back, raising one knee.
"Mm, I am not looking for Ulysses," he tells him. "It is the same reason I enjoy romantic comedy films. It is simply good to escape into a world that I never lived in and can never access."
The vampire likes rom-coms? Color Dorian surprised.
"Have you watched Love Actually?" he asks, propping himself up on his elbows. "They've probably got it in the library somewhere. We should watch that one together when it's closer to the holidays."
Dorian leans over to give Godric another quick kiss, but he soon follows the man's advice. After all, he's tired. He falls asleep, cuddled up right next to Godric, seemingly completely at ease with the man.

"If you command," he teases. "Though I will at least change into some comfortable pajamas."

"That one's good," he says, with a little nod. "It's no James Joyce but then again, it's not trying to be."

"Go to sleep, Dorian," he says gently, sparing a hand to gently toy with his hair.
