GET READY FOR IT LOL
[His eyes go wide and his hands grip really hard into Dorian's shoulders in surprise.
What Dorian sees: A sudden rush of blood floods from the cut, but then the wound, as expected, immediately vanishes; the blood already expelled is visible, but nothing else. If it weren't for his reaction, you'd swear nothing bad had happened.
What's really happening: The blood is just gushing, and gushing, and gushing.
Abduxel makes at first a quiet, choked noise and his face looks strained, the smugness wiped away. The next noise is a horrible gurgle and his hands come to his throat, trying to compress the cut; Dorian can't see the extra blood pumping over them, and it looks as if Abduxel-as-Dorian is holding his own perfectly intact throat. His mouth opens, trying to suck in air, and he drops to his knees, gasping and gurgling and gagging. The sounds get weaker. And then to his hands and knees, struggling, and then to his side on the floor, and he stops moving. Goes limp. Thunk. Of course, Dorian could catch him too, instead of letting him fall, but the outcome would be the same, hanging limply in his arms looking not at all injured despite his apparent death struggles.]
BEST COUPLE EVER
No, seriously, what. Dorian saw the sudden rush of blood and he saw the wound heal back up, but Abduxel's grabbing at his throat like he was bleeding out. Dorian didn't know what it was like when people bled out due to neck wounds, but he certainly had seen people bleed out from neck wounds before and this was kind of looking like Abduxel was bleeding out from a neck wound. He can only stand and stare, absolutely confused, as Abduxel falls to his knees.
Thankfully, Dorian manages to catch Abduxel before he falls on the ground but wow, he certainly is sitting on the floor, holding what looks like a dead Dorian. ]
Abduxel? [ pause ] Abduxel, what the hell just happened? [ This just got a whole new level of surreal. Also, fun fact, Dorian has absolutely no idea what to do with a corpse. Really, the best thing to do would be to keep Abduxel here until he inevitably came back to life. And then, of course, he'd ask him what the hell went wrong to begin with.
The least he could do is move him somewhere comfy so that when Abduxel came back to life, he wouldn't be on the floor. Gingerly picking up the demon, Dorian halfway dropped, halfway set Abduxel down on the couch. ]
#ROMANTICDATE2015
[Sometime between Dorian first lifting Abduxel and then setting him down on the couch, the more complicated perception-manipulation spell breaks as the demon falls truly unconscious.
He still looks like Dorian, but the wound suddenly re-appears. He has a huge gash in his throat, and the smaller one on his arm from earlier.
Perhaps more strikingly, there is blood fucking everywhere. Not only will Dorian suddenly see it, he'll suddenly feel it all over him.
There's blood all over Abduxel-as-Dorian's throat, chest, pants, arms, hands. There's blood all over real-Dorian's chest, arms, pants, feet, and also smeared on real-Dorian's face from earlier. There's an absolutely huge puddle of blood all over the floor where his throat was first slit, smeared by where they walked and fell, and it spreads towards all of his furniture. Now, there's blood smearing on his new couch, too.
The wound at his throat isn't still gushing, though; there's a small trickle which, before real-Dorian's eyes, stops, evidence of healing. But the demon who looks like a brutally murdered Dorian doesn't stir.]

Leaving Abduxel's 'corpse' on the couch, Dorian head over to the sink, washing up his hands. He'd have to clean up this. He could leave Abduxel there but if he didn't clean the blood off the hardwood floor and off that accent rug under the coffee table near the couch soon, then it'd just stick.
As he washed the blood off, Dorian let out a huffy siiiiiiigh as he head over to the supply closet and started to rummage for a mop. He had to do work. Great job dying on him, Abduxel. ]

Dorian, you asshole.

Might want to make your magic less good next time. [ because this is obviously not his fault. Obviously. ]

Did it really seem like a good idea? Really?

Is that what you're into? Murdering yourself?

It was an illusion, Dorian, I wasn't really you.

I know. I just...got caught up.

I guess I'll take that as a compliment. I like bloodplay more than most people, but slitting throats, really?

[He shakily walks towards Dorian, using the back of the couch to hold himself up.]

Dorian, that's so twisted.

No wonder you sold your soul, you disgusting immortal. [He says it fondly, not harshly.] Just kiss me, you owe me after that.

The disgusting immortal part is just an added bonus. [ Leaning in towards Abduxel, he gently kissed the man on the lips. After all, he had no idea just how woozy and how drained of blood this demon was. It was safer to take it slower. ]

It's no wonder this happened. I was doing something nice. Demons shouldn't be nice. Well, that's the last time I indulge you, from now on I'm just using your body as I see fit.

[ 'hey, I accidentally slit your throat, NO BIGGIE' just really isn't enough in Dorian's mind. ] And maybe I can start by pampering you just a little bit. I don't know if demons get blood loss but I'd prefer you not pass out during the middle of all this.
