Some people you can just tell from their personality. I can think of a handful of people on the Barge who, if they were put in a genocide scenario, wouldn't even consider it.

Who knows, [ Dorian sighs. ] Give it time and maybe it'll vanish on it's own. It's certainly lessened since I came here.

Honestly? I think it's because I'm simply around people here. Back home, those I care about tend to leave. It's rare that I'm with someone for a while. But here...I see the same people every day. It's easy to grow attached.

[ And it's a pure, honest answer. Because he doesn't. Not being attached is safer, of course. But at the same time...he kind of likes having actual friends here. ]
