He raises his chin, letting him have his throat in a way that he gives to only a few. As long as Dorian doesn't draw blood, Godric will let him bruise and bite wherever he wants.
"Dorian."
He doesn't stop moving, reaching between them to touch him after a moment, wanting him to fall apart.
And fall apart he does. Dorian lets out a loud groan and a tired, happy laugh as he comes apart in Godric's hands. He's a sweaty, sticky mess, but he's happier than he's been in ages.
"Your turn," Dorian says, with a tired little laugh. "Let me be good to you this time."
One bruising kiss later and Godric aims to do exactly that. He tears his fingers through Dorian's hair, the kiss serving two purposes. One - he quite enjoys it. And two - it keeps the other man quiet.
Both are equally important.
He's not far behind Dorian and pulls away, moving beside him onto the bed with a soft noise.
Dorian, a man who doesn't believe in shutting up, is totally ignorant to that second point. As far as he's concerned, this is Godric kissing him simply because the man wants to kiss him.
He's fine with that.
Once on the bed, Dorian moves to place himself on top of Godric, kissing him all the while. And hey, don't mind him if his hand slips downwards a little bit to try and take the vampire in hand.
He reaches down, encouraging him with a gentle touch around his wrist. Fucking him had been good, but this is somehow better. Perhaps it's the being cared for part. Knowing that Dorian can give as good as he takes. The little things matter.
Godric watches him for a moment until he arches his back, free hand digging welts into Dorian's shoulders as he builds until, with a shudder, he finally relaxes.
When Godric finally relaxes, Dorian looks down at him with happiness in his eyes. He doesn't know if Godric will ever learn how much he needed this—how much he wanted this. After all, Dorian's not going to tell him.
He looks down at Godric, just taking in the man's features, before Dorian lets out a small little laugh and leans down to give him another gentle kiss. "You're sleeping with me tonight," he says, with a small grin.
"In that case, I'll adjust my schedule so that you'll be able to sleep with me more often," Dorian says, like it's the easiest thing ever. "I've been nocturnal before. I can do it again."
Godric smiles at that, turning to kiss him once before he stands up to take advantage of Dorian's shower.
"Some people find it discomforting sleeping with me," he tells him. "Since I do not breathe at night. But if you do not mind, then I think I would like that."
Godric hums softly and retreats into the bathroom so he can take a shower. When he returns, rinsed off and mostly clean, he slides back onto the bed so he can kiss him again. "So, tell me how much of your story is true," he tells him.
"Enough," Dorian answers, with a little shrug. He happily takes that kiss before pointing out, with a grin, "The two main revisions are that I'm not blonde and I'm not dead."
"Good. Because I do too." And Dorian lightly tosses his hair like he's on a shampoo commercial. He's grinning all the while, enjoying the hell out of the attention.
Godric doesn't show any indication that he particularly cares at all. He lived in the woods for most of his considerably long life; Dorian's allowed to do what he wants.
He stands up while Dorian changes so he can find a book.
Dorian's library is a hodge-podge of books. Older first editions, a few trashy modern paperbacks, the sort of eccentric collection that a magpie immortal might make. There's even a first edition of The Picture of Dorian Gray, with an inscription in the front from Oscar Wilde to Dorian himself.
After Dorian changes, he pokes his head back in to give Godric a once-over, mostly focusing on the book he's reading.
Not bold enough to risk stroking Dorian's ego with the man's own goddamn book, Godric chooses one of the modern paperbacks, as he's read most of the others, and returns to the bed with the blankets over him to wait on Dorian.
He props himself up with blankets and leans back, raising one knee.
"Mm, I am not looking for Ulysses," he tells him. "It is the same reason I enjoy romantic comedy films. It is simply good to escape into a world that I never lived in and can never access."
The vampire likes rom-coms? Color Dorian surprised.
"Have you watched Love Actually?" he asks, propping himself up on his elbows. "They've probably got it in the library somewhere. We should watch that one together when it's closer to the holidays."
Dorian leans over to give Godric another quick kiss, but he soon follows the man's advice. After all, he's tired. He falls asleep, cuddled up right next to Godric, seemingly completely at ease with the man.

So no, he doesn't mind and yes, he still wants to cuddle up to Godric in the night.

"That one's good," he says, with a little nod. "It's no James Joyce but then again, it's not trying to be."
